Description
Chronology: On Monday, 12 January 2026, at 05:00 WIB, flooding occurred following heavy rainfall, exacerbated by an undersized culvert/drainage channel located beneath the PJKA railway line on Ulak Bandung Road (Ayek Nyuhok), Hamlet V and Hamlet VI, Ujan Mas Baru Village. The culvert beneath the railway, with a diameter of only 50 cm, was unable to accommodate runoff from Kampung 2, 3, and 4, resulting in floodwaters entering residential areas with water depths reaching approximately 50 cm.
