➢ Chronology: Triggered by high intensity rain in the upstream and the overflowing of the Deli River, causing flooding in several sub-districts in Medan Maimun District. Friday, October 11, 2024 at 00.15 WIB

➢ Casualties:
● 435 families / 1,218 people with details:
- Jl. Letjen Suprapto, Lingk. 3 & 4, Aur Village, Medan Maimun District
- Lingk. 3: 30 families / 45 people
- Lingk. 4: 70 families / 90 people
- Jl. B Katamso Gg Merdeka Lingk. 8 and 9 Sei Mati Village, Medan Maimun District
- Circle 8: 225 families / 624 people
- Circle 9: 24 families / 65 people
- Jl. Ir. Juanda Jati Village, Medan Maimun District
- Circle 4: 7 families / 18 people
- Jl. Teratai Pasiran Circle 9 Hamdan Village, Medan Maimun District
- Circle 9: 97 families / 376 people

● 406 houses affected

➢ Efforts:
● Conduct monitoring and data collection at the flood location.
● Coordinate with local environmental authorities.
● Monitor developments and weather from BMKG.
● Prepare evacuation equipment for people who need help.
● Preparing equipment and assistance related to flood disaster response
● Monitoring the development of the Medan City River Basin Area (DAS).
● Providing an appeal to the public to remain alert if there is a sudden increase in water discharge.
● Provision of Emergency Response Rice.

● The current condition of the water has slowly begun to recede
