Description
Due to the high rainfall in the Mountains and City of Medan for a long duration on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 00.00 WIB, the Deli River Basin and Babura Watershed Overflowed. As a result, 4 sub-districts in Medan City were affected by flooding, namely Medan Maimun District, Medan Selayang, Medan Johor, Medan Baru. A total of 1,121 housing units were submerged. The number of affected people is 1,200 families / 2,852 people and there are no fatalities. Flooding resulted in displacement, namely: - Refugee to the homes of residents who were not affected ± 50 Souls - Al - Mutaqin Mosque ± 30 Souls - Al - Qomar Mosque ± 30 Souls Total refugees = 110 people
