Chronology: Due to heavy rain since Pkl. 19:00 WIB which was gradually accompanied by water sent from Mount Wilis causing water to overflow from the confluence of the Kelok and Ganda rivers until Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Pkl. 20:30 WIB

Casualties: ± 42 families were displaced

TMA reaches ± 10 - 120 cm

Effort :
 District BPBD. Madiun headed to the location for monitoring
 District BPBD. Madiun coordinated with the local Village Government to collect data
