➢ Chronology: On Tuesday, 31 March 2026, at around 16:00 WITA, heavy rainfall affected the area from the afternoon until the evening, lasting until approximately 22:00 WITA. Due to the high-intensity rainfall, at 16:30 WITA, water overflow occurred, triggered by the condition of the river in Pae’ Hamlet, Kondara River, which had begun to experience sedimentation (shallowing).
