Description
Chronology:
Light to moderate, and at times heavy rainfall accompanied by strong winds occurred in Jember Regency starting at 12:30 WIB, causing rainwater to overflow into residential areas.
The flooding was exacerbated by narrow and non-functional drainage channels, as well as construction activities that did not adequately consider environmental impacts.
