East Seram Regency, Maluku Province.
The incident occurred after heavy rain on Thursday (10/4). At least two villages located in Bula District were affected. The local BPBD recorded that the flood submerged 43 houses, one of which was severely damaged. In addition, the flood also affected a gabion building and drainage at the access road to Gumumae Beach.
