Description
Flooding affecting Pasuruan, Nganjuk and Jombang district, Province of East Java. IMPACT - more than 3,296 families were affected. - 8 damaged houses - 197 hectares of agriculture field and fish pond were damaged RESPONSE - Water has receded in Pasuruan, but assistance is still provided by the authorities. Actions taken were rescue and evacuation operation, medical treatment, water purification and food distribution. - In Nganjuk and Jombang, the local government also provided aid and assistance to the affected community
