Indonesia, Flooding in East Java

JAKARTA - The floods that hit 17 districts in East Java on 7/3/2019, at present most have receded. The East Java BPBD Pusdalops continuously monitors the progress of flood management conducted by BPBD.

1. Kab. Madiun.
-Most regions have receded, the activities of residents have returned to normal.
-Highest water pressure is 50cm at the lowest point.
-BPBD provides assistance in affected areas.

2. Kab. Nganjuk.
Puddles have receded completely.
3. Kab. Ngawi.
-The water pressure tends to be stable with the highest pool of 1 - 1.5M.
-The water grip extends towards the City.
-BPBD provides assistance in the affected area.
4. Kab. Magetan.
-Kec. Kartoharjo Ds. Jajar with the highest puddle of 42cm, down trend.
-Kec. Kartoharjo, Ds. Ngelang with the highest puddle of 97cm, a downward trend. Number of refugees: 84 people.
-TRC PB PBPD Magetan conducts assistance in the affected area.
5. Kab. Sidoarjo.
-Kec. Porong Ds Pesawahan with the highest inundation of 5-20cm.
-Kec. Porong Ds Candipari, Ds. Wunut and the porong highway totally receded.
-BPBD Sidoarjo Regency distributes basic food aid as many as 250 packages at Pesawahan Village Hall, Porong Sub-district and provides assistance in the affected area.
6. Kab. Kediri.
Puddles have receded completely. 7. Kab. Bojonegoro.
-The water pressure tends to be stable with the highest pool of 70cm.
-The water grip extends towards the City.
-BPBD provides assistance in the affected area.
8. Kab. Kab. Tuban.
Puddles have receded totally, BPBD TEAM Kab. Tuban cleans the remaining mud.
9. Kab. Gresik.
-Kec. Driyorejo: Kesamben Wetan village 15cm highest puddle.
-Kec. Shaman: Bangeran Village, Gedong Village, Bulangan Village with the highest pool of 25-30cm.
-BPBD provides assistance in the affected area.
10. Tab. Pacitan
Puddles have receded completely.
11. Tab. Trenggalek.
Puddles have receded completely.
12. Tab. Ponorogo.
The highest water level is 30cm with a downtrend.
-BPBD provides assistance in the affected area.
13.Kab. Lamongan.
-Kec. Maduran Ds. Jangkungsumo Sawo Hamlet The highest puddle village is 50cm.
-BPBD Coordinates with Dinas (OPD) related to further handling and mentoring in affected areas.
14. Tab. Tulungagung.
-Pucanglaban District, Desa Demuk: Puddles of water have totally receded.
- Boyolangu District, Waung Village: 30cm puddles. -Mr. Plt. The regent of Tulungagung, Muspida, Kalaksa BPBD and the BPBD Team visited the affected victims of the flood in Desa Demuk, Kec. Tulungagung. BPBD provides assistance in the affected area.
15. Tab. Jember.
Puddles have receded completely.
16.Kab. Blitar.
Puddles have receded completely.
17.Kab. Banyuwangi.
Puddles have receded completely.
