Description
➢ Chronology: Triggered by high intensity rain upstream, the embankment broke, resulting in flooding on Wednesday 13 March 2024 at 21:00 WIB.

● ± 133 families / 417 people evacuated at three points
➢ Material Losses:
● ±2,166 housing units affected
● 25 units of worship facilities were affected
● 7 educational facilities affected
● 3 health facility units affected
● 1 District Office affected
● 1 unit of embankment collapsed
● Water level ± 30 - 80 cm

● Demak Regency BPBD conducted a rapid assessment and evacuation of affected victims
➢ Current Conditions:
● Water discharge has increased to residential areas as well as in several areas in Demak Regency and its surroundings
● Menur Embankment, Mranggen District, Broken
● Some flood victims have been evacuated to refugee camps
● Refugee location for Brumbung Village Hall, Mranggen District
● Evacuation Location for Majlis Glagah Wangi (Dk Kalimas) Mranggen District
