➢ Chronology: Triggered by evenly distributed heavy rain in Deli Serdang Regency caused the embankment to break on the Batang Kuis River with a width of ±7 M and the water level was 60 cm and the Sena river overflowed, on Monday, 25 December 2023, at 07.00 WIB

- Village II = approximately 400 families
- Village III = approximately 200 families

● Refugee tents and BPBD Deli Serdang Regency public kitchen tents was founded in Bakaran Batu Village, Batang Kuis District
● Carrying out mitigation at the flood location, East Sambirejo Village, District Percut Sei Tuan.
● Coordinate with the East Sambirejo Village.
● East Sambirejo Village opened a general public kitchen and Health post.
● Carry out mitigation at flood locations, Hamlet II and III, Tanjung Village Morawa B, Hamlet XII Bangun Sari Baru Village, Hamlet V Tanjung Baru Village.
● Coordinate with the Tanjung Morawa B Village, Village

● Bangun Sari Baru Village opened a health post and general public kitchen.
● Refugee tents and BPBD Deli Serdang public kitchen were established in the village Bangun Sari Baru, Tanjung Morawa District.

➢ Current Conditions:
● Currently, residents' houses are still flooded and public kitchens are still there operate
● The embankment that was repaired by residents broke again and became wider, The initial embankment breach was ±2M and this afternoon the embankment was damaged increases to ±7M
● Basic food assistance has been provided by the Deli Social Service Serdang to the Emergency Response Post
● Currently dinner has been distributed to residents and will be continue tomorrow morning.
● Currently people's houses are still flooded and dinner is over distributed to affected residents.
● The Public Kitchen Post will continue tomorrow morning for provide food to flood-affected residents.
● Refugee tents and BPBD Deli Serdang Regency public kitchen tents was founded in Bangun Sari Baru Village
● Public Kitchen Post and Health Post have been opened
● Dinner has been provided to affected residents
● Water conditions in Tanjung Morawa B Village and Tanjung Baru Village are gradually recede
