Flood incident in Kab. Cirebon, Prov. West Java
Chronology:
• High intensity rain causes the Cikalong and Kalijaga rivers to overflow
• Poor drainage and river silting are the causes of flooding
• Floods occurred on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, Pkl. 18.00 WIB
Location:
Kec. Mundu
• Ds. Banjarwangunan
Fatalities :
• ± 332 families / 828 people affected
• There are victims displaced (data collection)
Material Disadvantages:
• ± 320 housing units affected
• 2 mosques affected
• TMA 30-80 cm
Effort :
• TRC BPBD Kab. Cirebon conducted a rapid assessment, coordinated with related agencies and together with the joint team carried out the evacuation of victims
• BPBD distributes assistance in the form of logistics
Latest condition:

• The weather was cloudy and the flood receded gradually
• Refugees have returned to their homes
