JAKARTA - A number of 101 families (HHs) are still detained at the shelter shelter until Thursday (4/4) at several points. The shelter post was spread in Dayeuhkolot District, Dayeuhkolot Village Hall, Village Office, and Baleendah District, Inkanas Building.
The hall of Dayeuhkolot Village accommodates 40 families, 3 of whom are included in the disability group, while in the RW 02 Citeureup Office there are 55 families. Meanwhile, survivors in the Inkanas Building numbered 56 families (145 people). The evacuation was caused by flooding that still occurs today (4/4) at 07.00 WIB. The flood height varies between 10 - 60 cm.
The Bandung District Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) reported that high intensity rain triggered flooding in several areas in Bandung Regency and City. The more dominant water discharge comes from the Cikapundung River. Several flood affected areas in Baleendah District, Dayeuhkolot and Bojongsoang, Bandung Regency.
The local BPBD has made emergency response efforts such as services to survivors and re-registration at several shelter posts. Field monitoring, puddles after rain last night (3/4) caused congestion at several points.
