➢ Chronology: Due to high rainfall, resulting in flooding of residential areas. Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 18.30 WIB

➢ Location:
● Tanjung Balai District
- Pematang Sei Baru Village

➢ Casualties:
● 102 families / 430 people affected

- Neighborhood I: 3 families / 12 people;
- Neighborhood II: 26 families / 126 people;
- Neighborhood III: 10 families / 36 people;
- Neighborhood IV: 10 families / 42 people;
- Neighborhood V: 8 families / 30 people;
- Neighborhood VI: 23 families / 89 people;
- Neighborhood VII: 5 families / 18 people;
- Environment VIII: 6 families / 25 people;
- Environment IX: 4 families / 23 people;
- Environment X: 7 families / 29 people.

➢ Refugees:
● Nil

➢ Material Losses:
● 102 Houses Affected;
● 2 roads abraded (Jl.DesaDusun II & Dusun IV);
● 4 Schools Affected.

➢ Efforts:
● The government through the BPBD of Asahan Regency coordinated with the Village Head and conducted direct checks at the affected locations, to inventory the damage and needs.
● Identify possible further impacts that occur, and appeal to residents to remain alert and to evacuate if the flood water conditions continue to rise.

➢ Obstacles in the Field:
● Residents still choose to stay in their homes, even though their homes are inundated;
● High river sedimentation;

➢ Current Conditions:
● Currently, waterlogging is still ongoing, and it is estimated that the water will recede if the rain does not fall again;

➢ Water Discharge Height (TMA);
● 15 - 45 cm
