➢ Chronology: Extreme weather in the form of strong winds accompanied by moderate to heavy rainfall affected most areas of Southeast Aceh Regency from the afternoon through the evening. The rainfall caused a significant increase in the water levels of the Lawe Kisam and Lawe Kinga Rivers. The increased river discharge and current pressure caused the Lawe Kisam River embankment to breach in Peseluk Pesimbe Village, resulting in river water overflowing and inundating nearby residential areas and agricultural land.
