Flashflood
Chronology: Triggered by heavy rainfall, a flash flood disaster occurred in 10 villages in Empang Sub-district following continuous rain from 15:00 to 19:00 WITA. A temporary emergency post for the flash flood disaster was established at the Empang Sub-district Office and at the traditional pavilion located next to the Lamenta Village Office on Saturday, 7 February 2026, at 18:30 WITA.
Location: The incident affected Empang Sub-district, covering 10 villages, namely Gapit, Lamenta, Pamanto, Jontang, Jontang Beru, Empang Atas, Empang Bawah, Bunga Eja, Ongko, and Boal.
