National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) reported flooding occurrence in Jepara and Pati , Central Java on 9 February 2018 from 05.00 UTC +7. In Jepara regency, flood affected Keling, Donorojo and Dukuhsekti districts. Donorojo district was the most affected areas. Local Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Jepara Regency reported that the flood was recorded at 2 meters height and inundated at least 85 houses. In Pati regency, 225 houses were inundated in five villages namely Bakalan, Kembang, Grogolan, Ngagel and Tegalombo villages. In addtion, 155 hectares of paddy fields also inundated and potential resulting in economic loss of around IDR 449 million. Indonesian Armed Force and Police assisted the evacuation processes. Jepara Regency social agency has distributed food items and water and sanitary support for affected population.
