National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) reported flooding in Soromandi district, Bima regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. Water level has been observed at around 60 cm in residential areas of affected areas. Kananta and Karumbu villages have been greatly affected. In Kananta Village, one of the access bridge between Kananta and Sai villages has been destroyed (see photo). In Karumbu village, hundreds of houses inundated. Despite no death casualties, flood has caused significant damage to paddy field and livestock loos. Local Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Bima regency has been present on the ground for assessing the situation and providing emergency relief items.
