Description

As reported by the Disaster Management Agency Province of North Sumatera (BPBD), flood and landslide occurred in municipality of Kualuh Hulu Selatan, Marbau, Kualuh Hulu, and Aek Natas due to the overflow of Kualuh River. Two embankments were also collapsed because of the heavy rain. Consequently, 500 families were evacuated to the safer place. To date, the BPBD North Sumatera and BPBD Asahan are still handling the evacuation process.
