Description
PAGASA warned that more monsoon rain is expected in Luzon and the Visayas on Sunday. Tropical Storm Karding (Yagi) continues to enhance the southwest monsoon, even though it left the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Saturday morning.

According to the NDRRMC, 978 areas in Regions I, III, CAR, Metro Manila Capital Region, and CALABARZON were flooded.

According to Department of Social Welfare and Development,
1) 248,080 families or 1,057,767 persons are affected by the effects of the Southwest Monsoon enhanced by TS Karding in 715 barangays in 5 regions: Regions I, III, CAR, Metro Manila Capital Region, and CALABARZON
2) A total of 13,724 families or 59,108 persons are currently displaced in Regions I, III, CAR, NCR, and CALABARZON; 12,647 families or 54,682 persons of which are staying Inside 110 Evacuation Centers; while 1,077 families or 4,426 persons are currently staying Outside Evacuation Centers with their relatives and friend.
3) A total of 3,178 houses were damaged; of which, 51 were totally damaged and 3,127 were partially damaged due to the effects of the Southwest Monsoon.
4) A total of ₱ 44,491,298.00 worth of assistance was provided to the affected families; ₱36,095,131.00 of which came from DSWD, ₱7,379,267.00 came from the LGUs, ₱173,250.00 was from the NGOs while ₱843,650.00 came from other contributing parties.
