At 8:00 AM, &amp;quot;EGAY&amp;quot; intensified into a Tropical Storm (TS) as it moved westward over the Philippine Sea.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 11:00 PM, &amp;quot;EGAY&amp;quot; maintained its strength while slowly moving westward. In addition, &amp;quot;EGAY&amp;quot; was forecast to enhance&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
the Southwest Monsoon and bring occasional to monsoon rains over several areas of the country.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;

By 5:00 AM, Typhoon &amp;ldquo;EGAY&amp;rdquo; had undergone rapid intensification as it moves over the Philippine Sea.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
By 11:00 PM, Typhoon &amp;ldquo;EGAY&amp;rdquo; continues to intensify over the Philippine Sea east of northern Aurora.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
25 July 2023&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 5:00 AM, EGAY intensified into a Super Typhoon as it continues to threaten Northern Luzon.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 2:00 PM, TCWS No. 5 was hoisted over the eastern portion of Babuyan Islands (Camiguin&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
Island)&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 8;00 PM, EGAY weakened into a Typhoon.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 11:00 PM, TCWS No. 5 was no longer in effect. However, violent conditions were starting over the eastern portion of&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
Babuyan Islands as Typhoon EGAY moves over the coastal waters of Calayan, Cagayan.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
26 July 2023&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 2:00 AM, violent conditions continue over Babuyan Islands as Typhoon EGAY passes north of Camiguin Island.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 3:10 AM, the center of the eye of Typhoon EGAY made landfall in the vicinity of Fuga Island, Aparri, Cagayan.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 9:30 AM, EGAY made landfall over Dalupiri Island.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 11:00 PM, EGAY slightly weakened as it moved west-northwestward over the waters of Batanes.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
27 July 2023&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 5:00 AM, Typhoon EGAY weakened over the Luzon Strait west of Batanes.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 11:00 AM, the Low-Pressure Area (LPA) east of eastern Visayas developed into a Tropical Depression (TD) outside&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
28 July 2023&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 5:00 AM, the TD outside PAR intensified into Tropical Storm (TS) &amp;ldquo;KHANUN&amp;rdquo;.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 8:00 AM, Typhoon EGAY exits PAR.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 5:00 PM, Typhoon EGAY maintained its strength as it moved west-northwestward away from PAR.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 11:00 PM, EGAY was already entering the Taiwan Strait. All Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals have been lifted. While TS&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
&amp;ldquo;KHANUN&amp;rdquo; maintained its strength and had approached the PAR.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
29 July 2023&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 5:00 AM, TS &amp;ldquo;KHANUN&amp;rdquo; entered the PAR and was named FALCON.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 11:00 AM, TS FALCON further intensified over the Philippine Sea.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
30 July 2023&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 5:00 AM, FALCON intensified into a Severe Tropical Storm (STS).&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 11:00 PM, FALCON intensified into a Typhoon (TY) as it continued to move over the Philippine Sea.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
31 July 2023&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 5:00 AM, FALCON further intensified while moving north-northwestward.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
01 August 2023&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 5:00 PM, Typhoon &amp;quot;FALCON&amp;quot; was located outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
EGAY made landfall on 26 July 2023 in the following areas:&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 3:10 AM - Fuga Island, Aparri, Cagayan.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
At 9:30 AM - Dalupiri Island.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
Southwest Monsoon&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
The Southwest Monsoon was enhanced by &amp;quot;EGAY&amp;quot; from 22 to 28 July and by &amp;quot;FALCON&amp;quot; from 29 July to 03 August and&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
brought significant amount of rains to different parts of the country.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
On 04 August 2023, the effect of Southwest Monsoon has weakened.]]>

At 5:00 AM, TD &amp;ldquo;DODONG&amp;rdquo; made its first landfall in Dinapigue, Isabela with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near   &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;

At 4:00 AM, the center of Tropical Depression DODONG was estimated based on all available data at 270 km West of   &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
Sinait, Ilocos Sur (17.7&amp;deg;N, 117.9&amp;deg;E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 70   &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
km/h, and central pressure of 996 hPa. It is moving westward at 20 km/h.   &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
It is forecast to move generally northwestward before turning west northwestward for the remainder of the forecast period.   &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;

experienced cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
LPA/Southwest Monsoon. Moreover, light to moderate winds from West to Southwest will &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;

Due to the continuous heavy rains experienced throughout the region, the water level &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;

City, Samar. As of this report, the residential houses near the riverbanks in Barangay San &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
Andres was flooded affecting approximately 233 Families or 932 individuals. &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
Moreover, all roads and bridges are passable, and all communication signals are &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
functional and stable in all the provinces. There was no interruption in water supply, and &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
all are functional. Also, all ports in the region are operational and there are no reported &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;

&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
Accordingly, a thunderstorm occurred at about 13:30 pm on July 9, causing 170 houses in Hai Truong commune to have their roofs blown off, damaged with a level of damage of 30-70%, 5 households had their corrugated iron roofs removed. In addition, the corrugated iron roof of Bui Duc Tai High School was affected by 30-50%, and Hai Truong Kindergarten had its fence wall collapsed and the roof of the garage destroyed.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
