Abstact :
Namtha River No.1 Hydropower Station in Laos is designed with high flood discharge and low trajectory bucket.According to the available research achievements of China,a qualitative analysis was made on the area affected by atomization from spillway ski-jump energy dissipating.The results of analysis demonstrate that discharge of design flood renders no harmful influence on the structures such as downstream bank slope and access to dam crest.
