Deaths: 08 people (Quang Tri: 02 people, Thua Thien Hue: 01 people, Quang Nam: 01 people, Quang Ngai: 01 people, Binh Dinh: 03 people).

Missing persons: 02 persons (unchanged from December 10th report):
House collapsed: 08 houses (Quang Nam: 01 house, Quang Ngai: 01 house, Binh Dinh: 06 houses); The houses were flooded with 33,527 houses (Nghe An: 730 houses, 17,600 houses in Quang Nam, 2,551 houses in Da Nang, 1,141 houses in Quang Ngai, 1,090 in Binh Dinh, 680 in Quang Tri).

Number of households having to move urgent: 5,994 households (Quang Nam: 5,991 households, Quang Ngai: 3 households).

Education: 09 schools were affected (Quang Tri: 01, Quang Ngai: 08).

Aquaculture: The area of ​​aquaculture was inundated and damaged: 768 ha (Quang Tri: 269 ha, Nghe An: 322 ha, Quang Nam: 178 ha).

Traffic: 98,335m of local roads were damaged, landslides: Quang Tri: 61,506m, Quang Ngai: 12,201m, Binh Dinh: 21,792m, Nghe An: 50m; The north-south railway crossing Binh Dinh province was landslide at 03 points, now has been circulated.Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Danang have been flooded.

Quang Nam: At present, the rainfall has decreased, the water level of the rivers is slow; Some areas of communes and wards in Tam Ky city such as Tam Thang and Tam Ngai are still flooded, some 1m away; Phu Ninh district and Thang Binh district are still inundated in some communes and localities are updating.

Quang Ngai: Water has been withdrawn, only some rural roads of Duc Pho district are flooded.

Binh Dinh: There are still 95 houses flooded (Hoai An 45 houses, Phu Cat 50 houses), other areas have been flooded. Three points on the landslide track have been redirected to 11am on 10/12.
